انما قولنا لشيء اذا اردناه ان نقول له كن فيكون ٤٠

Maelezo

The two readings convey the same meaning, but in the second, the verb yakūn is subjunctive as a consequence for the imperative ‘Be’ [see al-Samin al-Halabi].
