أَئِنَّكُمۡ - أَئِنَّكُمۡ
a-innakum...a-innakum
“Do you practise outrageous acts...Do you...?”

Explanation

These readings convey the same meaning in slightly different ways. The first has a declarative statement followed by a rhetorical question in the next ayah, while the second reading has the whole thing as a rhetorical question: the interrogative hamzah is repeated as reinforcement.
