وراودته التي هو في بيتها عن نفسه وغلقت الابواب وقالت هيت لك قال معاذ الله انه ربي احسن مثواي انه لا يفلح الظالمون

وَرَٰوَدَتْهُ ٱلَّتِى هُوَ فِى بَيْتِهَا عَن نَّفْسِهِۦ وَغَلَّقَتِ ٱلْأَبْوَٰبَ وَقَالَتْ هَيْتَ لَكَ ۚ قَالَ مَعَاذَ ٱللَّهِ ۖ إِنَّهُۥ رَبِّىٓ أَحْسَنَ مَثْوَاىَ ۖ إِنَّهُۥ لَا يُفْلِحُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ

"Indeed, the wrongdoers never succeed.” (12:23)

We are often taught that success depends on setting clear goals, working hard with discipline and perseverance, cultivating a growth mindset, being adapt
able, continuously learning, and building strong relationships. There is undoubtedly truth in these principles when speaking about the seen, material world.

Yet one crucial dimension is entirely missing from modern self-help discourse: Tawfīq,  divine facilitation. It is not merely overlooked; it is not even recognised as a category of success within a materialist worldview.

The difference between these two perspectives is profound.

Internal qualities like discipline, mindset, and perseverance can help a person gain a promotion, grow a business, or achieve worldly goals.
But tawfīq encompasses both internal and external realities -matters shaped by Allah’s plan: the right opportunities appearing at the perfect moment, doors of sustenance opening in ways beyond human calculation, and success arriving in fuller and truer forms than effort alone could ever produce.
Consider the example of Yūsuf (AS). In the face of crisis, isolation, and intense temptation, he declared: “Surely, those who do wrong will never prosper.”


This was the pivotal test that determined the trajectory of his life. Because he resisted sin and upheld integrity, Allah elevated him, from the darkness of the well and the confines of prison to a position of power, honour, and influence. Worldly success came, but it was built upon spiritual steadfastness and divine facilitation.

Thus, our ultimate success cannot be reduced to material strategies or personal development principles alone. True success is inseparable from Allah’s tawfīq, His guidance, His timing, and His opening of paths that no human effort could secure on its own. That is true success

*'Sorry, You Ran Out of Credit'*


There was a time when the message 'Sorry, you ran out of credit' could make your heart sink. It was before unlimited data plans, and those of us who remember know the frustration it brought. It seemed to come at the worst possible moments—like when you urgently needed to make a call.




I recall a day at 26 Federal Plaza in New York, where the immigration court is located. I had a court hearing scheduled, and my lawyer had instructed me to call him as soon as I arrived so he could meet me and walk me through the process. The place was packed—people rushing around, the noise of footsteps echoing, everyone seeming like they had somewhere important to be. I finally arrived, pulled out my phone to call my lawyer, and that dreaded message popped up: 'Sorry, you ran out of credit.' In that crowded, tense moment, I felt my frustration rise. 'Why now, of all times?' I thought.
In that moment of helplessness, I realized that I had been given countless chances to learn from my mistakes. I knew better; I should have checked my balance, especially before such an important event. But I didn’t, and now I had to face the consequences. It was a lesson learned the hard way.



This experience made me reflect on how Allah, in His wisdom, operates with us. When Allah created us, He granted each of us a balance of sitr—a veil that covers our flaws, sins, and shortcomings. Every time we commit a sin, especially in private, Allah draws from that balance. Yet, in His infinite mercy, He continues to give us opportunities to repent and turn back to Him. He sends reminders and signs in various forms—a sudden realization, a wake-up call, or a moment of reflection. Some of us pay attention to these signs, but many of us ignore them. We carry on, believing that as long as no one sees us, everything is fine.




But just like with my phone balance, if we continuously ignore the limits and deplete our balance, a time will come when Allah will say, '*Sorry, you ran out of credit.*' That’s when the veil is lifted, and our secrets and sins are exposed—sometimes in front of our families, our loved ones, or even the entire community. It’s a reminder that every action has a consequence, and if we continue to ignore the signs, eventually we will face the reality of our deeds.




*The story of Yusuf* (AS) comes to mind as a powerful example of this reality. In one of the most gripping moments of Surah Yusuf, the wife of the Prime Minister of Egypt attempts to seduce Yusuf (AS), locking the doors and thinking that no one would find out. She was so certain that her secret would be safe. But what she didn’t realize was that her 'credit' *was limited*, and it was only a matter of time before it ran out. The first scene led to the second—when the women of the town began to whisper, 'The wife of the Prime Minister did so and so.' 




Her secret was exposed, and the cover she believed would protect her was lifted. It was a reminder of how quickly the veil can be removed when we cross the boundaries set by Allah.




SubhnAllah, One of the most common questions I receive from spouses is, 'Is it allowed to check my partner’s phone without their knowledge?' This action is often called 'night patrolling.' My response is always the same: 'You’re trying to open doors that will only bring fire to your heart and sleepless nights. Instead, get some popcorn, sit back, and watch how Allah will lift the cover if there’s anything hidden. If your partner’s credit runs out, it won’t be because of your efforts; it will be because Allah decides it’s time.'




*Dear brothers and sisters*, try to maintain your balance of Sitr and constantly ask Allah SWT to cover your shortcomings by saying '




O Allah, conceal my faults on the face of this earth, beneath the earth, and on the day we are presented before You'  Ameen

Yusuf 12:23

And she, in whose house he was, sought to seduce him. She closed the doors and said, 'Come, you.' He said, '[I seek] the refuge of Allah . Indeed, he is my master, who has made good my residence. Indeed, wrongdoers will not succeed.'

THE ABOVE VERSE IS THE MANIFESTATION OF THE VERSE IN

Al-A'raf 7:200 

And if an evil suggestion comes to you from Satan, then seek refuge in Allah . Indeed, He is Hearing and Knowing.


THE INCIDENT WHICH TOOK PLACE INSIDE THE ROOM IS EVIDENCE FOR US FOR THE VERSES

Al-A'raf 7:201

Indeed, those who fear Allah -  when an impulse touches them from Satan, they remember [Him] and at once they have insight.

Al-A'raf 7:202

But their brothers -  the devils increase them in error; then they do not stop short.

Yousef (as) who had 'taqwa' of Allah,immediately sought refuge in Allah,and Allah made it easy for him to repel from the evil.Whereas the lady(wife of aziz) was following her desires.

So whenever we are tempted to do a sin,the first and formost thing we must to do is to seek refuge in allah.Everyone will have desires or negative voices.We should not allow those voices to rule us,or we shouldnt allow our mind to rule our heart.We should BE MINDFUL of our thoughts.These thoughts can be something small or something big.The problem arise when we go behind these thoughts  and wander with these thoughts like a floating cloud which goes on and on and it paints different pictures in our mind and alas it will push us into a dark hole.So whenever these negative voices begin to raise their head ,we should immediately seek REFUGE IN ALLAH and  try to DIVERT OUR THOUGHTS TOWARDS THE REMEMBRANCE OF ALLAH...

May Allah allow us to completely submit in front of him and turn to him in true repentance. May Allah allow us to worship him and do righteous good deeds with sincerity so that he is pleased with us.AAMEEN

We often become so focused on our problems that we fail to envision the solution. But Allah, the best of planners, Al Hakeem (the wise) and Al-Qadir (the All-Powerful), is in control. Everything we plan, either succeed or failed is according to His will, and He knows both our successes and our failures. Even after countless efforts, when we feel trapped in the depths of our problems, like sinking deeper into quicksand, we must remember that the path we are on is leading us towards the solution. We may sometimes walk, crawl, or run down this road, often with tears and heartache, but we are moving forward.

Take comfort in the reminders from Allah’s help 

How He saved Ibrahim a.s. from the fire,
How He cleared Yusuf a.s. of false accusations,
 How He save Musa as from firon 
How He protected the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in the cave of Thawr.

Allah says in the Qur’an about this moment in the cave:

'If you do not help him (Muhammad), Allah has already helped him when those who disbelieved had driven him out, and he was the second of two. When they were in the cave, he said to his companion, 'Do not grieve; indeed Allah is with us.' And Allah sent down His tranquility upon him and supported him with soldiers you did not see and made the word of those who disbelieved the lowest, while the word of Allah - that is the highest. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.'
[Al-Tawbah 9:40]

This verse vividly describes how, even when the Prophet (PBUH) and Abu Bakr (RA) faced danger, Allah's help arrived, bringing peace and support.
