There is reward for being patient in the dunya no matter how much painful is the trial.
But for being patient in the hereafter ie hellfire? There is no value in that anymore. Too late for being patient already.
It’s better to be patient in the dunya against all the temptations and while being in trial, rather than being patient in hellfire - which has no more value.
'And the mountains will move with an awful movement.' ﴿وَتَسِيرُ الْجِبَالُ سَيْرًا﴾
