وَٱجْعَل لِّى وَزِيرًا مِّنْ أَهْلِى

قال ربّ اشرح لي صدري'
هنا قال: ربِّ.... 
النداء الذي لا يحتاج ترجمانًا،
ولم يقل: يا الله.... يا خالقي... 
بل قال: ربِّي..... 
يا من ربّيتني، وهديتني، وأويتني،
أنا الآن أحتاج أليك أن تشرح قلبي. 
'اشرح لي صدري'
أي اجعل فيه سعةً، يتسع لهمّ الرسالة، ولرهبة فرعون، ولقول الحق دون تلعثم.
فالرسالة لا تبدأ من اللسان..... بل من الصدر.
وإذا ضاق الصدر، خنق اللسان. 
'ويسر لي أمري'
لم يسأل ألا تكون هناك مشقة.... 
بل سأل أن تُيَسَّر،
أن يظل في قلبه يقين، ولو اشتدت الأمور. 
'واحلل عقدة من لساني
يفقهوا قولي'
تأمل..... 
طلب الفصاحة لا للبلاغة،
ولا ليتجمهر الناس حوله،
بل لأجل 'أن يُفهم'،
لأجل أن يصل النور. 

ياله من أدب.... 
النبيّ لا يسأل أن يكون بليغًا، بل أن يكون مُفهومًا. 

'واجعل لي وزيرًا من أهلي
هارون أخي
اشدد به أزري
وأشركه في أمري
كي نسبحك كثيرًا
ونذكرك كثيرًا' 

الله الله.... 
طلب من ربه 'الرفيق'،
من يُسدّد ظهره، ويخفف وحدته.
لكنه لم يقل: 'ليعينني على الناس'،
بل قال: 'كي نسبحك كثيرًا، ونذكرك كثيرًا'
كأنما يريد رفيقًا في الذكر، لا في المشقّة فقط،
وفي التسبيح، لا في الجدال السياسي والديني. 

إنها الرسالة عند أهل الله:
الغاية فيها هي الذكر، لا الغلبة. 

'إنك كنت بنا بصيرًا' 

ختام الدعاء باعترافٍ لا يُرد:
أنت ترى، أنت تعلم، أنت لم تغب عنّا لحظة. 

الرد السماوي: أعذب 'نعم' في التاريخ
'قال قد أوتيت سؤلك يا موسى' 
لا تفصيل، لا تأجيل،
كل ما سألته..... قد أُعطي لك. 

وهنا يتعلّم كل من يدعو:
أنك حين تسكب قلبك بصدق،
فإن الإجابة لا تحتاج ضوضاء.... 
بل تأتيك من وراء سبع سماوات بجملة واحدة:
'قد أوتيت سؤلك.'

ما شاء الله تدبر جميل جدا

In the Name of Allah the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.

Asking for assistance in a project, task or in general:

As a six year old child, my father may Allah bless him and grant him al firdaws introduced to us the stories of the Prophets peace be upon them. These wonderful stories and examples  leave imprints for a child in their adult life. I am incredibly grateful to Allah and then my father for this. I was amazed by all of them and developed an attachment  for them. From all the stories I would pause and reflect at why Harun alahis salaam was granted prophethood by Allah through the request of his brother Musa alahis salaam. Asking for 'help' is not a weakness but truly a strength and  great wisdom. 

Later, in life I understood the story of Musa alahis salaam more so. I love Musa alahis salaam because he was so much concerned about the mission that Allah had placed upon him. He knew his physical speech impairment and he knew his task would be made easier with  the 'help' of his brother who was better in speech.

As people, we have different gifts and abilities. Take the example of a soccer or football match, people with certain abilities are given certain positions. This in turn leads to the best performance of the team and they are likely to fulfil their objective or goal.

In today's world, we should be concerned like Musa alahis salaam was for pleasing Allah foremost. In the collective success of Muslims, also lies our own individual success. Sometimes, we may not be able to do certain things but there is nobility and wisdom in allowing someone best suited to do the task. It will benefit all at large.

How Allah connects people! I re-read your comment three times, to contemplate your own reflection. How important and wonderful it is to learn from others. Ameen to your dua and may you continue to excel in the good treatment of your beloved parents and your character increase in good so you enter al firdaws. Allahumma ameen.

I was stunned to see how things worked out for me today. 
I am a college student and today was my lab external exam. In lab externals, we are given an experiment to execute. And at the end, a lecturer from some other college comes here for conducting viva voce. 
So before I was called for the viva, the dua of prophet Musa (A.S.) flashed my mind. 
Subhan Allah, as I recited it, I was less nervous of the questions. After I went there, everything went so smooth. I was asked questions which I already knew... Throughout the process, I was confident and grateful to Allah.

Qur'an teaches us how to ask, when to ask for help, not from people first, but Him. 
When anything major happened, good or bad, the Prophets remembered Allah, asked Him first, pleaded to Him instantly. Allah responded to them as He responded to Moses. 
Everytime I reach to this verse I feel the importance of having a companion in life. Someone standing next to you minimises the fears you face, adds joy to celebrating your small wins and uplifts your spirits in low moments. 
When Khadicha r.a. died, the Prophet s.a.v didn't smile for a year because she was someone who stood beside him when receiving the hardest task, the prophethood.

The next time you recite Surah Al Taha in your Salah especially, or outside of it. Imagine yourself to be Musa ( Alayhi Assalaam) and replace your life story with his life story, 
Outside of Salah pretend to have that conversation and reflect and see how your Lord Has favored you and chosen you, and shaped you for who you are and then take on life with in mind.
I speak to myself with this reflection. May Allah Grant Wisdom to appreciate His favors upon us.

These verses embody for me a beautiful conversation between Allah (SwT) and Prophet Musa peace be upon him, whereas Allah asks Musa about his stick before asking him to throw it away. 

He (SwT) in His majesty, connected with Musa before giving him a command, asking him about his stick and why it matters to him. 

And prophet Musa responds as if he is speaking with a close friend (and to Allah belongs the utmost example of perfection). 

Once Allah asks Musa to throw this stick, Musa throws it instantly although it has several uses for him. He didn't question Allah, asking why Allah ? And Allah showed Him His signs and returned it to Him.

Sometimes we are led to 'drop' certain things in our lives or they are removed from our lives - whether they be people, places, opportunities, health, wealth, etc. And sometimes that removal is temporary so Allah can show us His signs and return them to us when are ready to hold them again, and sometimes they are replaced with that which is better, in His Infinite Wisdom. 

Musa's stick was a tool and Musa trusted Allah when he was asked to throw it because He had a strong relationship with Allah.  The tool is temporary but the bond of trust between Him and Allah is eternal.

And once again Musa embodies this trust when Allah asks him to go to the Pharoah. With such a great task ahead, Musa doesn't question Allah, or say to Allah I am not the right person for the job ! He first asks Allah to uplift his heart, make his task easy and remove the impediment from his speech - which are all his personal resources. Then he asks Allah for external help too - to send His brother with him so he can help him and so they can Glorify and thank Allah often.  The key here wasn't just accomplishing the mission of going to the Pharoah but of also remembering and glorifying Allah often.

We can learn from this that when we have a difficult task ahead of us we can also make the dua prophet Musa made asking Allah for internal help and also ask for the external help we need. 

If you find yourself with a difficult task ahead, trust Allah can provide the tools you need to achieve it with His will or make a way out for you.  Ask of Him what you need. 

He's always been and always will watch over us, like he did with Prophet Musa.

SUBHANALLAH.......going through these verses,what i thought is.....how much blessed we all are to have companions to share and discuss our islamic thoughts. Those people can be from our own family or outside family (that can be from different countries and culture as well). Still we share a special bond with them. Support from those people come to us in different ways at apt timing enlightening us, strengthening us emotionally,morally,and in faith.....we are truely blessed to have someone who can help us in the remembrance of Allah in every situation that we go through in our journey. ALLAH,the bestower of bounties has gifted us with those people even without asking him......ALHAMDULILLAH for everything.
         May Allah accept our repentance and help us all in attaining his utmost pleasure.May Allah gather us all among his favourite slaves.May Allah allow us in helping others and being leaders in kindness, compassion and empathy, Aameen.

Some things that help in dawah deduced from these verses , though there are more to list:

1. Having an expanded chest (being stress free) is best for giving dawah to be able to focus on the listener and not the thing causing you stress.
2. Speaking clearly to be able to beautify the good with your speech, and vilify the evil is an asset for the da3i
3.Having a teammate in dawah can cause for more strength and success in your mission
4. Constantly making dhikr of Allah is your source of strength , and the more difficult the task the more you should remember Allah
