إِلَّا
ٱلۡمُسۡتَضۡعَفِينَ
مِنَ
ٱلرِّجَالِ
وَٱلنِّسَآءِ
وَٱلۡوِلۡدَٰنِ
لَا
يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ
حِيلَةٗ
وَلَا
يَهۡتَدُونَ
سَبِيلٗا
٩٨
എന്നാല് യാതൊരു ഉപായവും സ്വീകരിക്കാന് കഴിവില്ലാതെ, ഒരു രക്ഷാമാര്ഗവും കണ്ടെത്താനാകാതെ അടിച്ചൊതുക്കപ്പെട്ടവരായിക്കഴിയുന്ന പുരുഷന്മാരും സ്ത്രീകളും കുട്ടികളും ഇതില് നിന്നൊഴിവാകുന്നു.
