27:16
وورث سليمان داوود وقال يا ايها الناس علمنا منطق الطير واوتينا من كل شيء ان هاذا لهو الفضل المبين ١٦
وَوَرِثَ سُلَيْمَـٰنُ دَاوُۥدَ ۖ وَقَالَ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ عُلِّمْنَا مَنطِقَ ٱلطَّيْرِ وَأُوتِينَا مِن كُلِّ شَىْءٍ ۖ إِنَّ هَـٰذَا لَهُوَ ٱلْفَضْلُ ٱلْمُبِينُ ١٦
وَوَرِثَﱟ
سُلَيۡمَٰنُﱠ
دَاوُۥدَۖﱡﱢ
وَقَالَﱣ
يَٰٓأَيُّهَاﱤ
ٱلنَّاسُﱥ
عُلِّمۡنَاﱦ
مَنطِقَﱧ
ٱلطَّيۡرِﱨ
وَأُوتِينَاﱩ
مِنﱪ
كُلِّﱫ
شَيۡءٍۖﱬﱭ
إِنَّﱮ
هَٰذَاﱯ
لَهُوَﱰ
ٱلۡفَضۡلُﱱ
ٱلۡمُبِينُﱲ
١٦ﱳ
And David was succeeded by Solomon, who said, “O people! We have been taught the language of birds, and been given everything ˹we need˺. This is indeed a great privilege.”

Today I would like to reflect on Prophet Dawood AS. He had everything from materialistic and wordly point of view. He had wealth, He had power, He had strength, He was the king. Yet he didn't let any of this opulence to turn him away from his Master. In fact, it was quite the opposite.
