28:70
وهو الله لا الاه الا هو له الحمد في الاولى والاخرة وله الحكم واليه ترجعون ٧٠
وَهُوَ ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ لَهُ ٱلْحَمْدُ فِى ٱلْأُولَىٰ وَٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ ۖ وَلَهُ ٱلْحُكْمُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ ٧٠
وَهُوَﳆ
ٱللَّهُﳇ
لَآﳈ
إِلَٰهَﳉ
إِلَّاﳊ
هُوَۖﳋﳌ
لَهُﳍ
ٱلۡحَمۡدُﳎ
فِيﳏ
ٱلۡأُولَىٰﳐ
وَٱلۡأٓخِرَةِۖﳑﳒ
وَلَهُﳓ
ٱلۡحُكۡمُﳔ
وَإِلَيۡهِﳕ
تُرۡجَعُونَﳖ
٧٠ﳗ
He is Allah. There is no god ˹worthy of worship˺ except Him. All praise belongs to Him in this life and the next. All authority is His. And to Him you will ˹all˺ be returned.

These verses are a reminder of Allah's might and power. The very natural phenomenon that dictates a huge part of our human physiology (night and day-circadian rhythm). Our power is in submitting to his power. Control is an illusion. The night and day doesn't necessarily, according to some scholars, refer to just times of the day but also to stages of our spirituality and times of hardship and ease.
