Subhanallah… Allah (swt) is Al Hadi, He guides and Al Lateef, the subtle One. How beautiful is it that he guided Musa (as) to refuse those wet nurses just to be reunited with his mother again. And this is the promise of Allah (swt). He will never let you down and will always give you openings from where you would have never expected.

Within these verses is a perfect depiction of Al-khabeer (The All Aware), a-Jabar (The Restorer), A-raqeeb (The Watchful), Al-wakeel (The Disposer of Affairs).
