Al-Máida 5:45 وكتبنا عليهم فيها ان النفس بالنفس والعين بالعين والانف بالانف والاذن بالاذن والسن بالسن والجروح قصاص فمن تصدق به فهو كفارة له ومن لم يحكم بما انزل الله فاولايك هم الظالمون ٤٥
وَكَتَبۡنَا
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
فِيهَآ
أَنَّ
ٱلنَّفۡسَ
بِٱلنَّفۡسِ
وَٱلۡعَيۡنَ
بِٱلۡعَيۡنِ
وَٱلۡأَنفَ
بِٱلۡأَنفِ
وَٱلۡأُذُنَ
بِٱلۡأُذُنِ
وَٱلسِّنَّ
بِٱلسِّنِّ
وَٱلۡجُرُوحَ
قِصَاصٞۚ
فَمَن
تَصَدَّقَ
بِهِۦ
فَهُوَ
كَفَّارَةٞ
لَّهُۥۚ
وَمَن
لَّمۡ
يَحۡكُم
بِمَآ
أَنزَلَ
ٱللَّهُ
فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
هُمُ
ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ
٤٥
Wir hatten ihnen darin vorgeschrieben: Leben um Leben, Auge um Auge, Nase um Nase, Ohr um Ohr und Zahn um Zahn; und für Verwundungen gerechte Vergeltung. Wer aber darauf verzichtet, dem soll das eine Sühne sein; und wer nicht nach dem richtet, was Allah hinabgesandt hat das sind die Ungerechten.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْكَفِرُونَ
(And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the disbelievers.) because they rejected Allah's command with full intention and with transgression and rebellion. In this Ayah, Allah said,
فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الظ
…وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْكَفِرُونَ
