Al-Furqán 25:20 وما ارسلنا قبلك من المرسلين الا انهم لياكلون الطعام ويمشون في الاسواق وجعلنا بعضكم لبعض فتنة اتصبرون وكان ربك بصيرا ٢٠
وَمَآ
أَرۡسَلۡنَا
قَبۡلَكَ
مِنَ
ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ
إِلَّآ
إِنَّهُمۡ
لَيَأۡكُلُونَ
ٱلطَّعَامَ
وَيَمۡشُونَ
فِي
ٱلۡأَسۡوَاقِۗ
وَجَعَلۡنَا
بَعۡضَكُمۡ
لِبَعۡضٖ
فِتۡنَةً
أَتَصۡبِرُونَۗ
وَكَانَ
رَبُّكَ
بَصِيرٗا
٢٠
और हमने आपसे पहले कोई रसूल नहीं भेजे, परंतु निश्चय वे खाना खाते थे और बाज़ारों में चलते-फिरते1 थे। तथा हमने तुममें से एक को दूसरे के लिए एक परीक्षण बनाया है। क्या तुम धैर्य रखोगे? तथा आपका पालनहार हमेशा से सब कुछ देखने2 वाला है।

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
فَمَا تَسْتَطِيعُونَ صَرْفاً وَلاَ نَصْراً
(then you can neither avert nor find help.) means: they will not be able to avert the punishment from themselves, nor will they be able to help themselves.
وَمَن يَظْلِم مِّنكُمْ
