Al-Furqán 25:18 قالوا سبحانك ما كان ينبغي لنا ان نتخذ من دونك من اولياء ولاكن متعتهم واباءهم حتى نسوا الذكر وكانوا قوما بورا ١٨
قَالُواْ
سُبۡحَٰنَكَ
مَا
كَانَ
يَنۢبَغِي
لَنَآ
أَن
نَّتَّخِذَ
مِن
دُونِكَ
مِنۡ
أَوۡلِيَآءَ
وَلَٰكِن
مَّتَّعۡتَهُمۡ
وَءَابَآءَهُمۡ
حَتَّىٰ
نَسُواْ
ٱلذِّكۡرَ
وَكَانُواْ
قَوۡمَۢا
بُورٗا
١٨
[Isaanis] nijedhan “[yaa Rabbi!] Ati qulqulloofte! Sii gaditti gargaartota (jaalalleewwan) godhachuun kan nuuf malu hin taane; Garuu Ati isaaniifi abbootii isaaniis qanansiifte hanga gorsa [kee] dagatanii ummata bade ta’anitti ”.

The gods of the Idolators will disown Them on the Day of Resurrection
Allah tells us about what will happen on the Day of Resurrection, when those whom the idolators used to worship instead of Allah, angels and others, will rebuke them. Allah says:
