فسخرنا له الريح تجري بامره رخاء حيث اصاب ٣٦
فَسَخَّرْنَا لَهُ ٱلرِّيحَ تَجْرِى بِأَمْرِهِۦ رُخَآءً حَيْثُ أَصَابَ ٣٦
فَسَخَّرۡنَا

So We subjected to him the wind, blowing gently at his command to wherever he pleased.

Soliman AS sacrificed his horses after them taking him from the remembrence of Allah SW, and Allah SW replaced that by giving him control over the wind to transport him where he desires.
