Readings
السَّوءِ
dāʾiratu s-sawʾi
السُّوءِ
dāʾiratu s-sūʾi
"an evil outcome will befall them"

Explanation

These readings are very similar in meaning, though the two nouns have been explained with various nuances between them, e.g. the first (with fathah) means something flawed, while the second (with dammah) means tribulation and defeat [Makki].
