لا يزال بنيانهم الذي بنوا ريبة في قلوبهم الا ان تقطع قلوبهم والله عليم حكيم ١١٠
لَا يَزَالُ بُنْيَـٰنُهُمُ ٱلَّذِى بَنَوْا۟ رِيبَةًۭ فِى قُلُوبِهِمْ إِلَّآ أَن تَقَطَّعَ قُلُوبُهُمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ ١١٠

The building which they erected will never cease to fuel hypocrisy in their hearts until their hearts are torn apart. And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.

“unless their hearts come apart”
This reading has a perfect tense verb (form V) which is active but reflexive in meaning.

illā an tuqaṭṭaʿa
“unless their hearts are cut to pieces”
This reading has an imperfect passive verb (form II). Both the above readings have the exceptive illā.
إِلى أَنْ تَقَطَّعَ
ilā an taqaṭṭaʿa
“until their hearts come apart”
This reading has the preposition ilā which is typically written with a different orthography.
