ولا تحاضون على طعام المسكين ١٨
وَلَا تَحَـٰٓضُّونَ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ ١٨

In these readings, the four verbs in these ayahs are in the second person, addressing the unbelievers. The second (here in ayah 18) varies between forms VI and I, respectively.
لَا يُكۡرِمُونَ - وَلَا يَحُضُّونَ - وَيَأۡكُلُونَ - وَيُحِبُّونَ
yukrimūna - yaḥuḍḍūna - wa-yaʾkulūna - wa-yuḥibbūna
“...nor do they encourage...”
In this reading, the verbs are conjugated for the unbelievers in the third person. The second verb is in form I.
