ان الابرار يشربون من كاس كان مزاجها كافورا ٥
إِنَّ ٱلْأَبْرَارَ يَشْرَبُونَ مِن كَأْسٍۢ كَانَ مِزَاجُهَا كَافُورًا ٥
إِنَّﳑ
ٱلۡأَبۡرَارَﳒ
يَشۡرَبُونَﳓ
مِنﳔ
كَأۡسٖﳕ
كَانَﳖ
مِزَاجُهَاﳗ
كَافُورًاﳘ
٥ﳙ
Indeed, the virtuous will have a drink ˹of pure wine˺—flavoured with camphor—

Gems of Jannah Series

There is a spring in Jannah whose drink is described as كَانَ مِزَاجُهَا كَافُورًا — “its mixture is of Kāfūr.”

Often translated as camphor, We often think of Kafūr as a fragrance, cool and white, pure and soothing. But its root, kāf-fā-rā (ك ف ر), connotes a deeper meaning: to cover, to conceal completely.
