Those to whom We gave the Scripture recognize him ˹to be a true prophet˺ as they recognize their own children. Those who have ruined themselves will never believe.

Wale tuliowapa Taurati na Injili wanamjua Muhammad, rehema ya Mwenyezi Mungu na amani zimshukie, kwa sifa Zake zilizoandikwa kwao kama wanavyowajua watoto wao. Na kama ilivyo wao hawachanganyikiwi kuwajua watoto wao walio mbele yao kuwapambanua na wengine, vilevile Muhammad, rehema ya Mwenyezi Mungu na amani zimshukie, hachanganyiki na mwingine, kwa sababu ya uwazi wa sifa zake zilizo ndani ya vitabu vyao. Lakini wao walifuata matamanio yao, walipomkanusha Muhammad, rehema ya Mwenyezi Mungu na amani zimshukie, na yale aliyokuja nayo, ndipo wakapata hasara nafsi zao.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
