لينفق ذو سعة من سعته ومن قدر عليه رزقه فلينفق مما اتاه الله لا يكلف الله نفسا الا ما اتاها سيجعل الله بعد عسر يسرا

لِيُنفِقْ ذُو سَعَةٍ مِّن سَعَتِهِۦ ۖ وَمَن قُدِرَ عَلَيْهِ رِزْقُهُۥ فَلْيُنفِقْ مِمَّآ ءَاتَىٰهُ ٱللَّهُ ۚ لَا يُكَلِّفُ ٱللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا مَآ ءَاتَىٰهَا ۚ سَيَجْعَلُ ٱللَّهُ بَعْدَ عُسْرٍ يُسْرًا

ALLAH tests those whom He loves. 
ALLAH never put burden on His slaves beyond their endurance.

Trees, when autumn comes they shed their leaves and become a barren tree but they still stands as firm on their place not falling nor dying with their strong roots. And then when the blossom of spring touches them, their leaves begins to grow green and become thick n dense and tall having fruits again. 

The same way sometimes, when ALLAH send any trial or hardship to His slave, and that person may become like that barren tree. But if he have strong iman in his Rabb standing firm having strong roots of 'La ilaha illa ALLAH' , not letting himself to fall nor die and just waiting for the spring waves from his Lord having firm believe in Him, having belief of what is happening to him is for his betterment and goodness. Then the spring blooms, the rahma, the ease from ALLAH comes, that person grow this time even more, become more firm, his roots goes more deep and strong, his branches (approach towards good deeds) grows more high having the essence of La ilaha illah ALLAH', bearing the fruits of imaan again.

If you are going through any hardship don't take it light because its the reason either you choose to become more closer to ALLAH s.w.t or become more distant from Him s.w.t..
We should ask ALLAH that may He protect us from every trial and hardship, may He strengthen our iman with His fazal without having any hardships.. aameen. 
But if you got then remember this duniya is daar ul imtehan, place of trials and hardships and ALLAH test those whom He loves... so pray to ALLAH, keep asking Him for ease, for patience, for strength and stronger iman because having strong faith in ALLAH make us steadfast and make us able to go through that storm of hardship. ❤️

To Allah belongs the kingdom of the skies and the earth-بِيَدِهِ ٱلْمُلْكُ.  Nothing occurs without His permission - إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ ٱللَّهِ . Thus, whatever has happened, happened for good because in His hand is only good- بِيَدِكَ ٱلْخَيْرُ. 

His mercy is so extensive that ease is not just after (بَعْدَ) every hardship but ease accompanies( مع) hardship. Now, it's on us to clean our lense to see, appreciate and cherish the ease in times of hardship. 
بَعْدَ عُسْرٍ يُسْرًا
فَإِنَّ مَعَ  ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا

Rizq and Charity

My mother has a habit of sharing food with her community but mainly with those who are less fortunate. She cooks and makes food packs every day to give out to people working in her surrounding area, and Alhamdulillah, they love her cooking. 

She assigns this task to whoever is leaving the house to give the food packs to its designated owners because, as aforesaid, it has become a positive deed. I was assigned this task during Ramadan, but I had to take a different route due to the endless congestion of traffic. Unfortunately, I could not deliver the package to the person chosen. I was distraught, thinking that the shopkeeper would have put his shutters down and close his modest shop for the evening by the time of my arrival. I certainly did not want to come back home with the food pack, so I made dua, 'Yah Allah, please help me find someone who needs this food.'

I was disheartened, but by the grace of Allah SWT, I found someone who was in more need of it! (I had based this assumption on the outlook of this person and a brief interaction). SubhanAllah. It reached someone in a completely different city, and I was amazed, which made me reflect upon the entire scenario. I had to take a different route due to traffic congestion because Allah SWT ordained this rizq for that individual - imagine each step that the recipient of the food pack took.

This lesson taught and strengthened my belief in not to worry about sustenance, and He SWT does not need our charity in any form. On the contrary, we need this favour from Him SWT and may He SWT accept it from us.

In this Ayah, Allah Tells me to use of what He has provided for me to spread goodness. Provisions come in many forms. The clearest being material wealth. An Ustadz once said a rich man is not one who has plenty and a poor man is not one who doesn't have enough. Instead a poor man is like one who has lots of food but does not share because he worries it will lessen his food. The food then goes bad and no one can eat it anymore. So such a man is poor. While a rich man is one who does not have much but still gives from what he has. 

This Ayah also reminds of another Ayah, 65:7 where Allah tells me to give according to my means. If I am given a certain amount of money by my husband for monthly expenses, as much as I want to give more, I need to make sure my expenses are covered, too. Or else, he will be annoyed that I ask for an 'advance' one too many times. Even if its for a good cause.

Talaq. Divorce.
A trauma which Allah deemed necessary for those He Has chosen.

In a surah which talks about this extremely painful experience, Allah sprinkles His Mercy in these ayats for all of mankind till Judgement Day. These ayats give comfort and hope not only to those going through divorce but to everyone. Solace only He can give because only He Knows the situation He created for us. The conditions here are taqwa and tawakkul. He wants us to have fear of Him in our hearts. He wants us to have full trust in only Him. 

I always thought this surah would not have much meaning to me. SubhanAllah!
Again, I am made to fall on my face in submission and admit how in dire need of His Mercy I truly am.
SubhanAllah! Allah Akbar! 
Allah is Greater than everything I am put through.

May Allah Gift us with pure unadulterated tawakkul in Him,
May Allah Bless us with happy and lasting marriages,
May Allah Give us a way out for all our problems,
May Allah unite us and our families in Jannah,

Let the affluent man give according to his affluence, and the poor man give according to what Allah has given him. Allah does not burden any human being with more than what He has given him. Allah will soon bestow relief after hardship. (65:7) 
I find it interesting that Allah (SWT) advises the rich people to be generous and convince the less fortunate people to GIVE  'from what Allah has given them.'  Is this because Allah knows they will be making excuses for not giving willingly? 
Why didn't Allah in this verse remind rich people that the money given to them is from Allah as well?

What burden is Allah talking about? 
 ' Allah does not burden any human being with more than what Allah has given him.' 

We know that tests on hearts always seem a burden for souls. I think that because rich people are already heavily tested for their wealth, so less fortunate people are often tested with 'giving' as well. 
 You may find that some not most,  needy people avoid giving  and say that they are poor; how are they going to spend for others?
However, some of them are to be found at the receiving end while complaining of their sufferings. 
Even though this verse is about the financial obligations after a divorce, it also speaks of the human heart's natural tendency to cling to possession.

Abu Obaid-al-Qasim - a famous scholar of hadith and fiqh (May Allah SWT have mercy on his soul) said: 'When I read these 4 ayat from the book of Allah SWT then it does not matter if I have everything I want, and if I have nothing from what I want - it does not affect me.' Translation of the above verses:

And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allah is its provision, and He knows its place of dwelling and place of storage.  All is in a clear register (11: 6).

And if Allah should touch you with adversity, there is no remover of it except Him; and if He intends for you good, then there is no repeller of His bounty. He causes it to reach whom He wills of His servants. And He is the Forgiving, the Merciful (10:107).

Let a man of wealth spend from his wealth, and he whose provision is restricted – let him spend from what Allah has given him. Allah does not charge a soul except [according to] what He has given it. Allah will bring about, after hardship, ease [i.e., relief] (65:7).

Whatever Allah grants to people of mercy – none can withhold it; and whatever He withholds – none can release it thereafter. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise (35:2)

This has been helping me immensely. I used to get stressed quite easily about trivial matters related to this Dunya, but my perspective towards life has changed since I have started building my relationship with the Quran.

This Name of God Almighty, when realized, is beautiful and can do much to strengthen our hearts. Mu’min comes from the root a-m-n, which can mean to be secure, safe, free from fear and also to believe in. As human beings, we have weaknesses. We have fears. And as Imam Al-Ghazali, may God have mercy on him, explains, the biggest fear is eternal damnation, and nothing can protect us from that but the profession of faith in the unity of God. That is where true security and safety lie. If you believe in God Almighty, truly believe, then He is the source of security. He will give you safety. It is through faith in God Almighty that we are given true security. When we recite the Qur’an, we can see how its teachings and lessons are directly applicable to the world today. We can find comfort in the fact that God Almighty makes after hardship, ease (Qur’an, 65:7); we widen our vision when we understand that we may dislike something that might actually be good for us (Qur’an, 2:216); and we force ourselves to self-reflect when God Almighty tells us that the corruption we see around us may very well be what our own hands have wrought (Qur’an, 30:41). This iman means that we are secure in our hearts. Therefore, when we say we have iman, what we are saying is that we have been granted security and tranquility.
