وَقِيلِهِۦ يَـٰرَبِّ إِنَّ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ قَوْمٌۭ لَّا يُؤْمِنُونَ ٨٨

“And (He knows) his statement” OR “I swear by him calling out 'O Lord' that they are a people devoid of faith”
