ولمن صبر وغفر ان ذالك لمن عزم الامور ٤٣
وَلَمَن صَبَرَ وَغَفَرَ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ لَمِنْ عَزْمِ ٱلْأُمُورِ ٤٣
وَلَمَن
صَبَرَ
وَغَفَرَ
إِنَّ
ذَٰلِكَ
لَمِنۡ
عَزۡمِ
ٱلۡأُمُورِ
٤٣
And whoever endures patiently and forgives—surely this is a resolve to aspire to.

Bismillah
Forgiving ourselves and forgiving others , if and when we can, frees us of a heavy burden.
Keeping on to a grudge will only in the end, I found - hurt us!
May Allah SWT make us strong for every situation and grant ease to forgive , in time if not straight away.
