Those ˹angels˺ who carry the Throne and those around it glorify the praises of their Lord, have faith in Him, and seek forgiveness for the believers, ˹praying:˺ “Our Lord! You encompass everything in ˹Your˺ mercy and knowledge. So forgive those who repent and follow Your Way, and protect them from the torment of the Hellfire.

This part of the surah just made my heart melt. The way the angels beg Allah for our forgiveness. Alhamdulillah! #Quran #ReflectingInCrisis

I was awake in the wee hour of the morning and thought, "Alhamdulillah, thank you Allah, we never really feel lonely or unloved or unappreciated as Allah is always with us." Then I performed Salah and after that, read a Quranic verse randomly and opened Quran.com to check on the translation of it. Then I stumbled upon this ayah from the lesson section..... This brought tears to my eyes. As if Allah is reminding me, HE also has angels to be our co...

Angels pray for the steadfast believers — both in this world and for their success in the Hereafter. This is a beautiful and deeply comforting concept in our Deen showing how Allah supports His servants through His creation.

I was praying today at Fajar time feeling comfort, peace and tranquility and the feeling of love for the Angels.
It is quite personal experience, but here to mention the feeling of love and gratitude for our Rabb.

We, as hu...

﷽

When I begin the Qur’an with الحمد لله رب العالمين (Al-ḥamdu lillāhi rabbil-ʿālamīn),  Ifeel that I am being taught how to speak to my Creator. These are not ordinary words — they are the very words Allah selected for Himself. Ibn ʿAbbās explained that Allah opened His Book with al-ḥamdu lillāh because He loves it and chose it as the most complete form of praise. Mujāhid said that every type of praise belongs to Allah, no one else shares in it...

Subhan Allahi wa biHamdihi

Yesterday I was thinking about this verse and its tafseer about Hamalat al-Arsh angels & their tasbih, and I found something interesting.

This is the verse 7 in Surah Al Mu’min:

'Those ˹angels˺ who carry the Throne and those around it glorify the praises of their Lord, have faith in Him, and seek forgiveness for the believers, ˹praying:˺ 'Our Lord! You encompass everything in ˹Your˺ mercy and knowledge. So forgive ...

Ramadaan has taught me how merciful My Rabb is, how insignificant I am was and always will be. Being a Muslim is mercy in its self. How selfish and ungrateful we are for not sharing this Deen. I ask Allah to keep my eye moist when in sujood and reading the Quran. May Allah make us of the few.

The most immediate reflection from this ayah is that Allah is so Merciful that he designated he angels that are in His presence - whether supporting His throne or in His celestial vicinity - to ask forgiveness to those who believe in Him, repeat to Him, and follow His path/way. This is something to be thankful for and a reminder to ask for forgiveness, always.

But something caught me as I was looking at this ayah and that is that Allah says abou...

What responsibilities do you have keeping you from remembering Allah swt? Are they greater then the responsibility of carrying the throne of Allah SWT, the largest creation above the seven samawat, above which is Allah SWT? The Angel's carrying the throne praise and worship him constantly, so what excuse do we have?

Angels remember us, therefore not to seek reputation, not to think that we are unnoticed, strange among people, rather to know that what matters is to know that the only opinion matters is what Allah thinks of us, and to leave off what people may think, For it is the true freedom. How many are famous in the dunya but infamous in the heavens, and how many are unknown in the dunya but are famous in the heavens.

Insignificant, strange among peopl...
