كُنْ فَيَكُوْنُ
kun fa-yakūnu
كُنْ فَيَكُوْنَ
kun fa-yakūna
“He says only ‘Be’ and it is”

Explanation

The two readings convey the same meaning, but in the second, the verb yakūn is subjunctive as a consequence for the imperative ‘Be’ [see al-Samin al-Halabi].
