Satan asked Allah for delaying his death till the Qiyamah. Satan too will die like us, he will not be saved. He’s just trying to mislead all of us through his whispers so we enter Jahannam naudhubillah, so we remain away from Allah till our appointed death, and the biggest regret approaches our conscience.

سأل الله النظرة إلى يوم البعث فأنظره الحليم الذي لا يعجل على من عصاه. فلما أمن الهلاك إلى يوم القيامة تمرد وطغى وقال: (لأغوينهم أجمعين إلا عبادك منهم المخلصين). ابن كثير:4/45.
