Or ˹is it because˺ the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and everything in between belongs to them? Let them then climb their way ˹to heaven, if their claim is true˺.

وقوله : ( أم لهم ملك السماوات والأرض وما بينهما فليرتقوا في الأسباب ) أي : إن كان لهم ذلك فليصعدوا في الأسباب .
قال ابن عباس ، ومجاهد وسعيد بن جبير وقتادة وغيرهم : يعني طرق السماء .
وقال الضحاك : فليصعدوا إلى السماء السابعة .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
