Maka dia dipungut oleh keluarga Fir'aun agar (kelak) dia menjadi musuh dan kesedihan bagi mereka. Sungguh, Fir'aun dan Haman bersama bala tentaranya adalah orang-orang yang bersalah.

Ep3 - Story of Prophet Musa & Life Design.

What would you do if you were raised in the most corrupt palace / neighborhood / school in your city?
Do you surrender to that reality, and hope that things will change by themselves?
Or do you create boundaries, anchor yourself with righetous companions, and be intentional about what you take and what you leave from the system around you?

Allah protected prophet Musa during his upbringing at the palac...

When I saw the sea, I remembered two of my prophets. At first I remembered the words of Prophet Musa. Musa (peace be upon him) is a prophet of Allah (swt) who has been involved in the struggle of life right after birth.

To save him from the hands of the sinful Pharaoh, Allah (swt) instructed the mother of Musa (as) to throw the infant Musa (as) into the sea.

Think of the scene — a mother throwing a baby into the sea in a box! Is it possibl...

The ultimate irony of Ashura is our perception of it. We remember it as the day victory was written for Musa (AS), when in reality, that victory had been written decades earlier.

Terrified by a prophecy that a boy would one day overthrow him, Pharaoh ordered the systematic slaughter of countless innocent infants to preserve his throne. Yet Allah overturned his every calculation. The very child Pharaoh sought to eliminate was placed under his own...

We wonder sometimes how all these visibly corrupt and horrible people are surrounded with so much wealth, joy, and comfort. In this passage about some of the worst and most corrupt leaders of all time, the Quran points to all these wonderful things Firawn has -- power, influence, wealth, and now even a baby boy. Children are objectively blessings to those around them. Even the family of Firawn were sober enough to recognize the joy a child would ...

' Even the palace of pharao was KHAIR for Musa Alaihisalam '

Just like Musa Alaihisalam's mom suckled him,It is essential for us to nourish ourselves, our family ,dear and near ones with the knowledge of Allah, and Islam. We have to submit to the will of Allah by throwing all our trust to him and have to live our lives in this dunya by relying on HIM alone. When we place our trust in Allah ,we need not fear, for HE will take care of everything. And ...

In the Name of Allah the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate,

One of the things I keep evaluating about ‘reflecting upon the Qur’an’ is the relationship between the reflector and his or her Lord.
You cannot obtain a better understanding of how Merciful Allah is until you reflect upon the Qur’an and the stories which, Allah has provided for us to ponder upon. When you deeply contemplate about Allah’s Mercy you develop positivity despite the di...

A mother’s love

A mother’s love is one of the greatest blessings which is often overlooked. We see this in the story of Musa (as) in Surah Qasas where Allah (swt) says:'And we were inspired to the mother of Musa.' Allah (swt) inspired the mother of Musa. To feed him.

And then Allah tells her, if you get scared. He gives her very specific instructions. He (swt) says feed him and then if you become fearful, if you become scared of the army comin...

Within these verses is a perfect depiction of Al-khabeer (The All Aware), a-Jabar (The Restorer), A-raqeeb (The Watchful), Al-wakeel (The Disposer of Affairs). Allah orchestrates these events and accounts for all things human nature that may have put Musa in harm, from his mother's fear to Firawn's hesitation. Note that she nurses him first, and later, it is his familiarity for his mother's breast that reunites them.

'Do not fear or grieve' is ...
