Readings
يُضَاعَفۡ - وَيَخۡلُدۡ
yuḍāʿaf...wa-yakhlud
يُضَعَّفۡ - وَيَخۡلُدۡ
yuḍaʿʿaf...wa-yakhlud
“so their torment will be doubled...”
These readings are in the jussive, conjoined to the preceding consequence of the conditional. The first verb varies between forms III and II, respectively.
يُضَاعَفُ - وَيَخۡلُدُ
yuḍāʿafu...wa-yakhludu
يُضَعَّفُ - وَيَخۡلُدُ
yuḍaʿʿafu...wa-yakhludu
“Their torment will be doubled...”
These readings are indicative as a new sentence.

Explanation

These readings convey the same meaning with slightly different grammar. The verb form III arguably denotes a greater increase than form II.

He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
