تبارك الذي ان شاء جعل لك خيرا من ذالك جنات تجري من تحتها الانهار ويجعل لك قصورا ١٠
تَبَارَكَ ٱلَّذِىٓ إِن شَآءَ جَعَلَ لَكَ خَيْرًۭا مِّن ذَٰلِكَ جَنَّـٰتٍۢ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ وَيَجْعَل لَّكَ قُصُورًۢا ١٠

“and (if He wills), also make palaces for you”
This reading has the jussive, as it is conjoined to the position of the conditional verb jaʿala preceding.
وَيَجْعَلُ
wa-yajʿalu laka
“and He will make palaces for you”
This reading has a new clause with an indicative verb.

Explanation

These readings amount to the same meaning, and the first may be explained as indicative but with the two lām letters merged [Makki].
