فتقطعوا امرهم بينهم زبرا كل حزب بما لديهم فرحون ٥٣
فَتَقَطَّعُوٓا۟ أَمْرَهُم بَيْنَهُمْ زُبُرًۭا ۖ كُلُّ حِزْبٍۭ بِمَا لَدَيْهِمْ فَرِحُونَ ٥٣
فَتَقَطَّعُوٓاْ
أَمۡرَهُم
بَيۡنَهُمۡ
زُبُرٗاۖ
كُلُّ
حِزۡبِۭ
بِمَا
لَدَيۡهِمۡ
فَرِحُونَ
٥٣
Yet the people have divided it into different sects, each rejoicing in what they have.

Reflection is a very central aspect of being a muslim and in our relationship with the Quran itself. The Quran emphasizes it. For example,
أَفَلَمْ يَدَّبَّرُوا۟ ٱلْقَوْلَ أَمْ جَآءَهُم مَّا لَمْ يَأْتِ ءَابَآءَهُمُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
Is it because they have never contemplated the Word ˹of Allah˺? Or ˹because˺ there has come to them something that did not come to their forefathers? (23:68)
