“Enhance my strength through him, and have him share my task”
In this reading, the verbs are imperative, i.e. Moses is asking God to stengthen him by means of his brother Aaron. *When joined to the preceding ayah, this is pronounced akhi-shdud.
أَشۡدُدۡ ... وَأُشۡرِكۡهُ
ashdud...wa-ushrik'hu
“...that I may enhance my strength through him, and have him share my task”
