Readings
وَالشَّمْسَ وَالقَمَرَ وَالنُّجُومُ مُسَخَّرَاتٌ
wa-sh-shamsa wa-l-qamara wa-n-nujūmu musakhkharātun
“...and the sun and moon. The stars, too, are subjected by His command”
In this reading, 'sun and moon' are conjoined to the previous items, as objects of verb sakhkhara. Then there is a new sentence about the stars.
وَالشَّمْسَ وَالقَمَرَ وَالنُّجُومَ مُسَخَّرَاتٍ
wa-sh-shamsa wa-l-qamara wa-n-nujūma musakhkharātin
“...and the sun, moon and stars, all subjected by His command” OR “...and the sun and moon. And (He made) the stars subjected by His command”
In this reading, all three items are conjoined as objects of sakhkhara, followed by the circumstantive musakhkharāt as emphasis. Alternatively, the point about stars may be in a new sentence with an implied verb.
وَالشَّمْسُ وَالقَمَرُ وَالنُّجُومُ مُسَخَّرَاتٌ
wa-sh-shamsu wa-l-qamaru wa-n-nujūmu musakhkharātun
“And the sun, moon and stars are subjected by His command”
This reading begins a new sentence here.
