Unlike his sons (12:9), Yaqub (as) thoughts are straight. He is in control of his speech. He (as) recognizes his emotion, acknowledges that it's a fear-based emotion and doesn't blame any other than an animal, whose nature is to do the thing that Yaqub (as) is afraid of. Yaqub (as) is similar to his father Adem (as), who did not blame others for his thoughts and feelings.
