قال اني ليحزنني ان تذهبوا به واخاف ان ياكله الذيب وانتم عنه غافلون ١٣
قَالَ إِنِّى لَيَحْزُنُنِىٓ أَن تَذْهَبُوا۟ بِهِۦ وَأَخَافُ أَن يَأْكُلَهُ ٱلذِّئْبُ وَأَنتُمْ عَنْهُ غَـٰفِلُونَ ١٣
قَالَﲻ
إِنِّيﲼ
لَيَحۡزُنُنِيٓﲽ
أَنﲾ
تَذۡهَبُواْﲿ
بِهِۦﳀ
وَأَخَافُﳁ
أَنﳂ
يَأۡكُلَهُﳃ
ٱلذِّئۡبُﳄ
وَأَنتُمۡﳅ
عَنۡهُﳆ
غَٰفِلُونَﳇ
١٣ﳈ
He responded, “It would truly sadden me if you took him away with you, and I fear that a wolf may devour him while you are negligent of him.”

Unlike his sons (12:9), Yaqub (as) thoughts are straight. He is in control of his speech.
He (as) recognizes his emotion, acknowledges that it's a fear-based emotion and doesn't blame any other than an animal, whose nature is to do the thing that Yaqub (as) is afraid of.
Yaqub (as) is similar to his father Adem (as), who did not blame others for his thoughts and feelings.
