Yúnus 10:23 فلما انجاهم اذا هم يبغون في الارض بغير الحق يا ايها الناس انما بغيكم على انفسكم متاع الحياة الدنيا ثم الينا مرجعكم فننبيكم بما كنتم تعملون ٢٣
فَلَمَّآ
أَنجَىٰهُمۡ
إِذَا
هُمۡ
يَبۡغُونَ
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
بِغَيۡرِ
ٱلۡحَقِّۗ
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
ٱلنَّاسُ
إِنَّمَا
بَغۡيُكُمۡ
عَلَىٰٓ
أَنفُسِكُمۖ
مَّتَٰعَ
ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ
ٱلدُّنۡيَاۖ
ثُمَّ
إِلَيۡنَا
مَرۡجِعُكُمۡ
فَنُنَبِّئُكُم
بِمَا
كُنتُمۡ
تَعۡمَلُونَ
٢٣
But when He saves them, at once they commit injustice1 upon the earth without right. O mankind, your injustice is only against yourselves, [being merely] the enjoyment of worldly life. Then to Us is your return, and We will inform you of what you used to do.

But as soon as He rescues them, they transgress in the land unjustly. O humanity! Your transgression is only against your own souls. ˹There is only˺ brief enjoyment in this worldly life, then to Us is your return, and then We will inform you of what you used to do.

Man changes when He receives Mercy after Times of Distress
Allah tells us that when He makes men feel His mercy after being afflicted with distress,
إِذَا لَهُمْ مَّكْرٌ فِى ءايَتِنَا
(They take to plotting against Our Ayat.) The coming of mercy after distress is like the coming of ease after hardship,
