لَبِثۡتُ

عُمُرٗا
مِّن
قَبۡلِهِۦٓۚ
أَفَلَا
تَعۡقِلُونَ

Say, “Had Allah willed, I would not have recited it to you, nor would He have made it known to you. I had lived my whole life among you before this ˹revelation˺. Do you not understand?”
