يمحو الله ما يشاء ويثبت وعنده ام الكتاب ٣٩
يَمْحُوا۟ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيُثْبِتُ ۖ وَعِندَهُۥٓ أُمُّ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ ٣٩

Allah eliminates and confirms what He wills, and with Him is the Master Record.1
