انما النسيء زيادة في الكفر يضل به الذين كفروا يحلونه عاما ويحرمونه عاما ليواطيوا عدة ما حرم الله فيحلوا ما حرم الله زين لهم سوء اعمالهم والله لا يهدي القوم الكافرين ٣٧
إِنَّمَا ٱلنَّسِىٓءُ زِيَادَةٌۭ فِى ٱلْكُفْرِ ۖ يُضَلُّ بِهِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ يُحِلُّونَهُۥ عَامًۭا وَيُحَرِّمُونَهُۥ عَامًۭا لِّيُوَاطِـُٔوا۟ عِدَّةَ مَا حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ فَيُحِلُّوا۟ مَا حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ ۚ زُيِّنَ لَهُمْ سُوٓءُ أَعْمَـٰلِهِمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ ٣٧

فِی
الْكُفْرِ
یُضَلُّ
بِهِ
الَّذِیْنَ
كَفَرُوْا
یُحِلُّوْنَهٗ
عَامًا
وَّیُحَرِّمُوْنَهٗ
عَامًا
لِّیُوَاطِـُٔوْا
عِدَّةَ
مَا
حَرَّمَ
اللّٰهُ
فَیُحِلُّوْا
مَا
حَرَّمَ
اللّٰهُ ؕ
زُیِّنَ
لَهُمْ
سُوْٓءُ
اَعْمَالِهِمْ ؕ
وَاللّٰهُ
لَا
یَهْدِی
الْقَوْمَ
الْكٰفِرِیْنَ
۟۠
نَسِی تو کُفر میں ایک مزید کافرانہ حرکت ہے جس سے یہ کافر لوگ گمراہی میں مبتلا کیےجاتے ہیں۔ کسی سال ایک مہینے کو حلال کر لیتے ہیں اور کسی سال اُس کو حرام کر دیتے ہیں ، تاکہ اللہ کے حرام کیے ہوئے مہینوں کی تعداد پوری بھی کر دیں اور اللہ کا حرام کیا ہوا حلال بھی کر لیں۔1 ان کے بُرے اعمال ان کے لیے خوشنما بنادیے گئے ہیں اور اللہ منکرینِ حق کو ہدایت نہیں دیا کرتا

These two readings describe the state of the idolaters, or more specifically the common people among them. They are led astray by their leaders, or by the devil, or this (particularly the first reading with passive form IV verb) may describe the divine decree against them.

yuḍillu
"He causes those who disbelieve to go (farther) astray thereby" OR "those who disbelieve mislead (others) thereby"
In this reading, the subject of the verb is either Almighty God (so the relative phrase is the object of the verb), or the subject is the (leading) unbelievers and the object is implied.
