بِهِ السِّحْرُ
bihi s-siḥru
“What you have brought is sorcery” OR "What have you brought? It is sorcery"
In this reading, 'sorcery' is the predicate within the same sentence, or (separately) it is the answer to the question.
بِهِ آلسِّحْرُ
bihī ā-s-siḥru
“What have you have brought? Is it sorcery?”
This reading contains an additional interrogative hamzah, though the question is intended for mocking.

Explicación

These readings express the same mocking remark from the Pharaoh to Moses (pbuh) in slightly different ways [al-Mahdawi].

He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
