وامراته قايمة فضحكت فبشرناها باسحاق ومن وراء اسحاق يعقوب ٧١
وَٱمْرَأَتُهُۥ قَآئِمَةٌۭ فَضَحِكَتْ فَبَشَّرْنَـٰهَا بِإِسْحَـٰقَ وَمِن وَرَآءِ إِسْحَـٰقَ يَعْقُوبَ ٧١
وَٱمۡرَأَتُهُۥ
قَآئِمَةٞ
فَضَحِكَتۡ
فَبَشَّرۡنَٰهَا
بِإِسۡحَٰقَ
وَمِن
وَرَآءِ
إِسۡحَٰقَ
يَعۡقُوبَ
٧١
Su mujer[1], que estaba de pie, se sonrió [sorprendida por la noticia], y le albricié con Isaac y que Isaac tendría como hijo a Jacob. 1

In this reading, Jacob's name is either genitive by conjunction to Isaac's, or accusative with the meaning 'We gifted her Jacob'.

In this reading, Jacob's name is nominative as the subject, with its predicate preceding it, or implied.
