ويعلم الذين يجادلون في اياتنا ما لهم من محيص ٣٥
وَيَعْلَمَ ٱلَّذِينَ يُجَـٰدِلُونَ فِىٓ ءَايَـٰتِنَا مَا لَهُم مِّن مَّحِيصٍۢ ٣٥
وَيَعۡلَمَ
ٱلَّذِينَ
يُجَٰدِلُونَ
فِيٓ
ءَايَٰتِنَا
مَا
لَهُم
مِّن
مَّحِيصٖ
٣٥
Ya sabrán quienes disputan sobre Mis signos que no tendrán escapatoria[1].

This reading has the subjunctive because it is a further consequence or purpose related to the conditional in ayah 33.
