Prophet Hud's Declaration of Trust in Allah

Hud's declaration from the Quran of trust in Allah in the face of denial and hostility.

اني توكلت على الله ربي وربكم ما من دابة الا هو اخذ بناصيتها ان ربي على صراط مستقيم ٥٦
إِنِّى تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ رَبِّى وَرَبِّكُم ۚ مَّا مِن دَآبَّةٍ إِلَّا هُوَ ءَاخِذٌْ بِنَاصِيَتِهَآ ۚ إِنَّ رَبِّى عَلَىٰ صِرَٰطٍْ مُّسْتَقِيمٍْ ٥٦
إِنِّي

innī

تَوَكَّلۡتُ

tawakkaltu

عَلَى

ʿalā

ٱللَّهِ

l-lahi

رَبِّي

rabbī

وَرَبِّكُمۚ

warabbikum

مَّا

mā

مِن

min

دَآبَّةٍ

dābbatin

إِلَّا

illā

هُوَ

huwa

ءَاخِذُۢ

ākhidhun

بِنَاصِيَتِهَآۚ

bināṣiyatihā

إِنَّ

inna

رَبِّي

rabbī

عَلَىٰ

ʿalā

صِرَٰطٖ

ṣirāṭin

مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ

mus'taqīmin

٥٦

I have put my trust in Allah—my Lord and your Lord. There is no living creature that is not completely under His control. Surely my Lord’s Way is perfect justice.
