سِقَايَةَ - عِمَارَةَ
siqāyata...ʿwa-imārata
“giving water to pilgrims and tending to the Sacred Mosque”
In this reading, both words are verbal nouns, so these acts are being compared to what is done by those who believe and strive in God's way.
سُقَاةَ - عَمَرَةَ
suqāta...wa-ʿamarata*
“those who give water to pilgrims and tend to the Sacred Mosque”
This reading has two plural nouns, so a direct comparison is made between these people and those who believe and strive. *This is one narration from Ibn Wardān, who also has a narration agreeing with the majority.

Uitleg

These readings amount to the same meaning [al-Alusi].

He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
