رب السماوات والارض وما بينهما الرحمان لا يملكون منه خطابا ٣٧
رَّبِّ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ۖ لَا يَمْلِكُونَ مِنْهُ خِطَابًۭا ٣٧
رَّبِّ
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
وَمَا
بَيۡنَهُمَا
ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِۖ
لَا
يَمۡلِكُونَ
مِنۡهُ
خِطَابٗا
٣٧
du Seigneur des cieux et de la terre et de ce qui existe entre eux, le Tout Miséricordieux; ils n’osent nullement Lui adresser la parole.

Rabbi s-samāwāti ... r-Raḥmāni
“(From) the Lord of the heavens...the Compassionate”
In this reading, both these divine descriptions are appositive to Rabbika in the previous ayah.
