هو الذي بعث في الاميين رسولا منهم يتلو عليهم اياته ويزكيهم ويعلمهم الكتاب والحكمة وان كانوا من قبل لفي ضلال مبين ٢
هُوَ ٱلَّذِى بَعَثَ فِى ٱلْأُمِّيِّـۧنَ رَسُولًۭا مِّنْهُمْ يَتْلُوا۟ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَايَـٰتِهِۦ وَيُزَكِّيهِمْ وَيُعَلِّمُهُمُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ وَٱلْحِكْمَةَ وَإِن كَانُوا۟ مِن قَبْلُ لَفِى ضَلَـٰلٍۢ مُّبِينٍۢ ٢
هُوَﱎ
ٱلَّذِيﱏ
بَعَثَﱐ
فِيﱑ
ٱلۡأُمِّيِّـۧنَﱒ
رَسُولٗاﱓ
مِّنۡهُمۡﱔ
يَتۡلُواْﱕ
عَلَيۡهِمۡﱖ
ءَايَٰتِهِۦﱗ
وَيُزَكِّيهِمۡﱘ
وَيُعَلِّمُهُمُﱙ
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَﱚ
وَٱلۡحِكۡمَةَﱛ
وَإِنﱜ
كَانُواْﱝ
مِنﱞ
قَبۡلُﱟ
لَفِيﱠ
ضَلَٰلٖﱡ
مُّبِينٖﱢ
٢ﱣ
Ele foi Quem escolheu, entre os iletrados, um Mensageiro da sua estirpe, para ditar-lhes os Seus versículos, consagrá-lose ensinar-lhes o Livro e a sabedoria, porque antes estavam em evidente erro.

Reading Surah al-Baqarah (2:129) through Hadith

The foundations of the Kaʿbah have been raised.
Side by side, Ibrahim and Ismail (ʿalayhima al-salam) complete the task Allah (SWT) entrusted to them. Their hands have finished building, yet Ibrahim's heart has already turned beyond the walls before him.

Some people may view illiteracy - not being able to read and write - as a weakness, defect, inability, or a disadvantage for someone.

However, if we reflect on the Prophet's (pbuh) illiteracy, it's exactly the opposite of that: Allah made the Prophet's illiteracy as a part of His signs and the miraculous aspect of the Quran for all future generations to come.
