يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ

تَوۡصِيَةٗ

وَلَآ

إِلَىٰٓ

أَهۡلِهِمۡ

يَرۡجِعُونَ

Then they will not be able to make a ˹last˺ will, nor can they return to their own people.
