وَٱسۡتَعِينُواْ

بِٱلصَّبۡرِ

وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِۚ

وَإِنَّهَا

لَكَبِيرَةٌ

إِلَّا

عَلَى

ٱلۡخَٰشِعِينَ

٤٥

And seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, it is a burden except for the humble—
